• Inspect and recommend repairs and improvements when there has been unlawful entry, theft, or vandalism damage
• Check all outside water faucets and hoses for sign of leakage
• Visually inspect roofs and gutters from ground level to recommend options for repair and improvements
• Visually inspect yard and landscaping, assuring regular maintenance is completed
• Check irrigation system reflects accurate timing
• When the need arises, handyman services are exclusively made available for our home watch customers. 
   

INTERIOR INSPECTION



Professionally inspecting your home for needs and informing you with suggestive measures to resolving issues that need attention such as:


• Check security system is working and set properly
• Visually inspect all HVAC serviced areas when signs of insect or pest activity has occurred
• Visually inspect walls, ceilings, windows, tubs, showers for evidence of mold, mildew, leakage or water damage; note any unusual odors
• Inspect and make recommendations for Heating & Cooling systems in need of repair and replacement
• Check inside lighting to make recommendations for repair and / or replacement
